Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to develop, implement, and refine test strategies and plans to ensure software quality for either state or federal contracts.

This position may require local travel in support of the client, as needed.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and refine test strategies and plans to ensure software quality.
  • Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load, and system testing.
  • Work closely with development teams to identify, report, and troubleshoot defects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality standards meet or exceed expectations.
  • Assist in the mentorship of junior QA team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

Must have proven experience with Salesforce:

  • Proven experience as a QA Analyst in a dynamic development environment.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with automated testing tools is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on complex tasks.

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance;

  • Prior experience with government projects is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and can pass a background investigation.
  • Proven ability to develop a strategy and write, communicate, facilitate, and present to all IT, internal staff, and management levels.
