Elevator Operator / Front Desk

Historic Condominium in Pasadena is seeking a personable person for a
part-time,shift. $18.50/hour 16 hours per week.


Hours would be:
Tuesday 1 2:00 am - 06:00 am Friday


Qualifications:

• High school diploma required and related trade school or coursework preferred
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Attendance is an essential job function.

Responsibilities:

Treat residents with courtesy and respect ** Properly operate the Historical Manual Elevator Represent property and the association by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner.

Answer telephones or address people who enter the lobby or approach the Front Desk politely:

• Controls access to the property through the admittance process.
• Observes and reports activities and incidents for the security and safety of residents and property
• Periodically or regularly observe building activity as captured by surveillance cameras and displayed on security monitors; patrols building on foot; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, blocked entrances and exits, and unauthorized persons. Report suspicious or abnormal activities to management or Law Enforcement, as appropriate; prepare detailed documentation of incidents according to established procedures.
• Prepares logs and reports as required; communicates effectively with coworkers to assure a smooth transition of shifts. You will read the log book at the beginning of your shift, follow up on unsolved requests and login information that needs to be passed on.
• Utilize and implement the Front Desk Procedures Manual
• Report complaints, reports of nuisance, and noncompliance issues to Management; document details of the incident.

• Monday to Friday
