Cotuit Solar is a renewable energy & sustainability company serving SE Massachusetts, Cape Cod and the islands. We are a close knit group that has been in business for 35 years. We need additional help in design, education and implementation of systems. This is a full time, 40 hour/week position requiring dependability and consistency.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Intake of customers, education and presentation
• Solar design using Aurora solar software
• Site evaluations
• Permits, inspections, interconnections, scheduling for installations, attending any that require an onsite representative
• General support as needed for the company

Qualifications:

• Proficient and compassionate in written and verbal communication
• Proficient organizational and time management skills
• Strong decision making/problem solving
• Ability to work with a team
• Maintain a positive attitude and good working relationships with all personnel and customers

Required Experience:

• Energy conscious mindset
• Minimum of 1year Customer Service experience
• Computer Literacy (Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office, Google Drive), experience with Sketchup and/or Layout preferred.
• Building, Solar, engineering experience preferred
