Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting with accounting and administrative tasks of the company as well as managing general order fulfillment and shipping functions.

Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to balance multiple tasks are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:


Accounting/Administrative support:
_Assist management team in all facets of accounting and administrative functions of the company, including but not limited to:_

• Perform Accounts Payable function including processing vendor invoices, reconciliation of invoice discrepancies, and responding to vendor inquiries
• Create purchase orders, as needed, and track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Complete monthend closing tasks, including account reconciliations, and closing journal entries
• Other accounting duties as assigned, and as business needs demand

Customer Order Fulfillment Management:

_All functions must be performed with confidence, accuracy and in a timely manner in support of maintaining superior customer satisfaction.

Tasks include but are not limited to:
_

• Receive and submit daily orders from customers to fulfillment team
• Arrange shipping with transportation providers to meet customer demands
• Prepare accurate documentation to accompany shipments
• Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Prioritize and manage open orders and requests from Customers and the Sales Team
• Support Production team, as needed

Necessary Skills and Knowledge

• Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers, suppliers, and all other internal/external team members
• Detailoriented, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a high level of urgency in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Experience with QuickBooks, Kuebix, and ShipStation beneficial.
• Must be reliable and able to be on time throughout the week, with only "scheduled absences"
• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree
