To strengthen our team in Nuremberg, we are currently seeking a motivated Estimator/Purchaser for a permanent position. Do you possess negotiation skills and have a confident demeanor? Your future responsibilities will primarily include the areas of thermal insulation, interior plastering, exterior plastering, and tiling.


Responsibilities:

  • Estimating projects and preparing bids
  • Assisting with subcontractor bidding and selection
  • Participating in bidding and contract negotiations
  • Identifying profit and risk potentials
  • Calculating change orders
  • Developing alternative proposals and additional offers
  • Evaluating subcontractor and supplier bids during the bidding phase
  • Managing bids
  • Obtaining subcontractor bids
  • Conducting customer meetings
  • Monitoring and managing material purchases
  • Preparing bids, evaluations, and reports
  • Preparing contracts

Qualifications:

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent experience (see responsibilities) OR extensive experience in purchasing with relevant industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in estimating software
  • Willingness to work hard, ability to handle stress
