    Description

    Comtech Global, Inc. is seeking a talented Account Manager and/or Business Development Manager in Columbus, OH, who ideally possesses a background in IT recruiting/staffing or a comparable transferable skillset.

    Primary Goal: Drive the acquisition of contracts and job orders.

    Salary:

    • Base salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, and leads.
    • Additional incentives and ongoing commission opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
    • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
    • Build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
    • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
    • Communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Acquire new business accounts.
    • Expand business with existing clients and identify areas for enhancement to meet sales quotas.
    • Forecast and monitor key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
    • Generate regular reports on account status.
    • Collaborate with the president to pinpoint and capitalize on growth opportunities within the territory.
    • Assist with handling challenging client requests or issue escalations when necessary.
    • Conduct IT recruitment in select vital situations, particularly when securing new business.
