    Nous sommes à la recherche pour le compte d'une banque internationale, basée à Casablanca, un Tech Lead

    Missions & Activités:

    • Réaliser les développements logiciels (spécifications, maquettage, conception, codage) en respectant les contraintes techniques et métier
    • Etre l'appui du Product Owner pour l'intégration continue des nouvelles fonctionnalités
    • Étudier, chiffrer et budgétiser le développement
    • Prendre en charge les demandes d'évolution
    • Intégrer et paramétrer les composants matériels et logiciels
    • Analyser les besoins et les contraintes techniques et orienter les choix techniques
    • Guider, accompagner et gérer les savoir-faire des équipes techniques
    • Optimiser les performances et la sécurité des solutions
    • Veiller à la disponibilité des applications
    • Prendre en charge des phases de développement plus complexes
    • Rédiger la documentation technique

    Profil Recherché:

    • De formation bac+5 en IT
    • Expérience en tant que Tech Lead
    • Une expérience minimum de 6 ans, de préférence dans le domaine bancaire ou assurance

    Compétences Techniques:

    • Très bon background technique: JAVA/JEE
    • Bonne connaissance de AngularJS et/ou React JS
    • Bonne connaissance des technologies webservices et des architectures WEB
    • Maîtrise des méthodes et techniques de programmation objet
    • Connaissance de la méthode Agile SCRUM
    • Maîtrise des méthodes de test logiciel
    • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de configuration
    • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de Bug
    • Solides connaissances en administration systèmes et réseaux Connaissance des outils : Git, Gitlab, GitFlow, Maven, Gradle, Sonaqube, Nexus, Monitoring stack ELK, Nagios et Jenkins
    • Expérience des bases de données Oracle Connaissance et expérience pratique: Apache, Nginx, JBoss, Keycloaket minio, ...

    Type de contrat: Freelance

    Durée de la mission: 3 mois renouvelables (Projet sur minimum 1 année)
