Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. Your job is to make issues go away.

There is additional upside if you have your real estate license for you to handle our incoming tenant leads as well.


Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the leasing process.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and costeffective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including subcontractors, and administrative personnel, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
  • Perform any duties or tasks as assigned by management to support the overall success of the the company

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities

  • Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements with prospective tenants, ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
  • Prepare lease documents, movein/moveout checklists, and related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends, rental rates, and regulatory requirements affecting property management.

Experience

  • Basic maintenance knowledge on how to identify and trouble shoot issues
  • 1+ years of property management experience is preferred but not required

Qualifications:

  • Understand how to use Google Workspace
  • Ability & Willingness to learn new software
  • Ability to clearly communicate and make notes in our software system
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.
  • Experience in maintenance management and overseeing repair operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising a team.

$ $22.00 per hour
