We are building our team for a high-volume establishment based around a menu that is a unique spin on the classics and made to satisfy all palates.

We will also have a classic drink menu with room for you to influence the overall success of the bar with your skill and talent.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Make all cocktails according to specifications using jiggered pours, provide appropriate recommendations, and promote menu items.
  • Properly set up stations and perform sidework and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
  • Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the bar.
  • Maintain quality and service standards.
  • Communicate with guests, front of house, management, and the kitchen during service.
  • Comply with state and city regulations and company sanitation standards.
  • Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in our company guidelines.
  • Open to taking direction while working closely alongside team members.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within our expanding business.

Qualifications

Experience, Knowledge and Education:


  • Must be able to multitask and support the service floor as a FOH team member.
  • Good working knowledge of all alcoholic beverages, wines, and coffee drinks.
  • Be efficient and organized and friendly.
  • The ability to maintain upbeat focus and calmness in a highvolume environment.

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to lift 50lbs

Additional Requirements:


  • Successfully pass preemployment screening.
  • Flexible schedule and availability that meet business needs.
