As a Junior Object Manager (m/f/d), we want to develop you into a future leader.

Therefore, you will work closely with our section management, support with all tasks and make decisions in consultation with them.

Resultsoriented management of assigned objects
Personnel management, technical guidance and deployment planning of employees on site
Control of quality, occupational safety, working hours and documentation of all operational and legal requirements
Contact person for our customers and maintenance of customer contact
Contract management and administrative tasks

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

Training as a building cleaner (m/f/d), also possible as a career changer from the hotel industry or similar
Professional experience in building cleaning is an advantage
Very good communication skills and structured way of working
Proficient in MS Office programs is desirable
Driver's license class B
