Responsibilities:

Assist in putting away stock
Pick and pull parts for the counter salespeople
Assist in arrangement of the department, including movement and inventory of all parts bins
Process Special Ordered Parts and coordinate appointments with the Service Department
Assist answering phones when the department is busy
Assist parts look ups for technicians when the department is busy
Maintain and clean the parts department for easy access and efficient workflow
Assist with the shipping and receiving of parts
Assist in pulling, packing, and processing returns
Working on locating backordered parts from other dealerships/parts suppliers

Qualifications:

Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
Previous parts department or parts counter experience
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to thrive in fastpaced environment
Strong organizational skills
