Create something fascinating: Your tasks

  • Building, structuring & validating complex project plans (schedule, budget, and resource planning)
  • Moderating hybrid project meetings (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Performing the PMO role in bids, development programs, series programs, and F&T projects
  • Monitoring & controlling project progress with involvement of controlling and program management
  • Preparing and participating in financial reviews and budget approvals
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation including project status reports for decision-making
  • Developing best practice materials for PM methodology and process description and conducting trainings
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our project management standards

Bring your strengths: Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, project management, business informatics, industrial engineering or similar qualification
  • Experience or additional qualification in project management, e.g. PMP
  • Good German and English skills
  • Strong analytical skills and communication skills
  • Thorough and structured way of working
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Infor LN, Power
