Job Information
Create something fascinating: Your tasks
- Building, structuring & validating complex project plans (schedule, budget, and resource planning)
- Moderating hybrid project meetings (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Performing the PMO role in bids, development programs, series programs, and F&T projects
- Monitoring & controlling project progress with involvement of controlling and program management
- Preparing and participating in financial reviews and budget approvals
- Creating and maintaining project documentation including project status reports for decision-making
- Developing best practice materials for PM methodology and process description and conducting trainings
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our project management standards
Bring your strengths: Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, project management, business informatics, industrial engineering or similar qualification
- Experience or additional qualification in project management, e.g. PMP
- Good German and English skills
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills
- Thorough and structured way of working
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Knowledge of MS Project, Infor LN, Power
