Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

Parts order assembly
Receiving and stocking inventory
Packaging and shipment of pump and parts orders
Creating wooden pallets and other packaging materials for shipping
Driving forktruck and other material handling equipment (more than 50% of the day)
Adhere to company safety practices and processes
Participate in shop floor safety and continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail; must be able to complete transactions with high degree of precision and accuracy
Basic computer skills
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift experience is a strong plus for this role; we will provide certification

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
Regularly required to stand, reach, bend, squat, push, pull and move about the facility
Work with material handling equipment, hand tools (saws, drills, hammers), and daily exposure to shop elements
Walk or stand at least 8+ hours per day
Ability to work overtime occasionally, as needed (evenings and/or weekends)

Salary range:
$45, $72,000.00
