In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our customers.

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival
• Seat guests and provide them with menus
• Take reservations and manage the waitlist
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
• Process cash and credit card transactions using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/cashier station
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient operations
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing any concerns or special requests

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
