    Job Description

    CGI is looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join their team. As a full-time consultant, you'll get the chance to work on exciting projects with a top-notch IT company.     Role Overview:

    • Work closely with architects to design and implement solutions
    • Develop, test, and deploy custom software
    • Support various technological components
    • Collaborate with different teams to execute the project roadmap
    • Ensure solutions align with product priorities for scalability

    Location:

    This position is based in CGI's Lafayette, LA office but allows for a hybrid working model.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, test, and document frameworks and applications
    • Create new components using own code and existing services
    • Produce technical designs, code, and documentation
    • Follow best software development practices
    • Ensure software quality and security standards are met
    • Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality

    Qualifications:

    • 8-10 years of Software Engineering experience
    • 3+ years' experience with D365 CRM and Power pages application development
    • Proficiency in C#, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
    • Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud platforms
    • Knowledge of Dynamics security and DevOps tools
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills

    Desired Skills:

    • Data Modeling
    • GIT source control
    • JIRA experience
    • UI/UX concepts understanding
    • Cloud, security, infrastructure, databases, and networking knowledge
