Position Summary:


Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Cash forecasting modeling with integrated financial statements and covenants.
  • Currency foreign exchange and commodities hedging. Assist in developing hedging strategy, evaluating, and monitoring risk, establishing thresholds, executing transactions and reporting.
  • Support bank financing initiatives including review, negotiation, and documentation of Credit Agreements.


  • Insurance risk management

  • Assist with evaluation and oversight of insurance programs: General & Professional Liability, Auto, Executive Risk, Marine Cargo, Property, and Worker's Compensation.
  • Oversee the acceptance and issuance of international letters of credit for incoming accounts receivable as well as bond issuances to support warranty and other contract requirements.
  • Lead IT development initiatives including efforts for new Treasury workstation, installation, and testing thru golive.
  • Prepare monthly Treasury reporting package.
  • Assist with the bank and financial audits including oversight of property and equipment appraisals.
  • Treasury projects to improve bank services and bring technology solutions into Finance.
  • Maintain Treasury policies and procedures.
  • Other projects determined by the Treasurer & CFO.

Education and/or Experience:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA is a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in Treasury/banking, preferably at a manufacturing company.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Oracle ERP is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to make good decisions, solve problems, and drive for results; change agent with a strong sense of ownership and intellectual curiosity.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Detailed oriented, ability to multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in online retail is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Engage in crossfunctional responsibilities to achieve team goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as have the technical skills to provide guidance on treasury systems.

Working Conditions:


  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
