- Implement and follow up on the Client's EHS policy and project EHS plan onboard the vessels
- Monitor HSE performance of contractors to ensure best practices
- Leverage subcontractors' EHS performance
- Support the offshore Environmental Health and Safety Plan implementation
- Report observations of incidents and deviations
- Participate in accident investigations
- Monitor EHS plan implementation through inspections and audits
- Ensure proper reporting of EHS events
- Provide EHS support and advice to the client team
- Report on EHS performance and hazards
- Conduct safety briefings and drills
- Participate in emergency drills
- Update Action Tracking System
- Prepare Lessons Learned Report
- Awareness of Health & Safety management standards
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and USCG Regulations
- Board Certified Safety Professional
- Construction HSE experience
- Safety-minded and comfortable working offshore and at heights
- Problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Root-cause analysis and incident investigations experience
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- GWO BST 4 modules preferred
- Knowledge of Electrical Safety and Lockout Tagout
- TWIC Certification
- US Citizenship or B10CS Visa
