    Overview

    AssuredPartners of Colorado is looking for a Property and Casualty licensed Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive to manage a growing Construction book of business in Fort Collins, CO.

    What You'll Do

    • Client Support
      • Lead client meetings and act as the main client contact
      • Manage challenging client communications effectively
    • Account Management
      • Negotiate and sell insurance lines to clients
      • Own audit, review, and claims processes
      • Analyze data to draft client service plans
    • Insurance Expertise
      • Build strong relationships with insurance carriers
      • Forecast industry trends for client strategies
    • Leadership
      • Mentor junior team members
      • Collaborate on agency renewal strategy
    • Client Strategy
      • Create risk-management strategies for accounts
      • Collaborate with industry experts
      • Conduct book reviews for client support
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Travel may be required

    What You'll Need

    • 8+ years of experience preferred
    • Current Property and Casualty license required
    • Client support and industry knowledge
    • Problem-solving and communication skills
    • Leadership and mentoring abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPIC software
