Monroe Capital is seeking a
Business Development Team Coordinator. This individual will be an energetic, detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills. This role will support the day-to-day operations of multiple individuals within the Business Development Team - Wealth Management Group.


Responsibilities:


  • Calendar & Meeting Coordination
  • Manages calendars by anticipating needs, adjusting for conflicts, and ensuring all logistics (including materials, location, timing, etc.). Employs effective reasoning skills.
  • Travel & Expense Submits expense reports in a timely manner and help with travel arrangements.


  • Info and Data

  • Updates and maintains CRM databases. May include compiling information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials including preparing reports, charts, graphs, or tables as necessary
  • Track investor calls, meetings, other related processes
  • Performs complex administrative and staff support duties for the organization.
  • Draft, format, edit, and finalize reports, presentations and correspondence with keen attention to detail utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Assist marketing with Conference Management
:

registering, paying, organizing + tracking attendees and speaking with reps when applicable

  • Additional internal projects as needed

Requirements:


  • High school education required, Bachelor's degree a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Wellorganized selfstarter with high energy, creativity and thoughtfulness
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines well
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work within a team
