This role will operate on our night shift at the San Jose facility.
Our Operations Supervisor play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations.
Your decisions directly impact production efficiency, quality, and safety.
You are orchestrating the creation of those golden, crispy waffles that families love.
Kellanova plants operate at high speed, constantly evolving through continuous improvement.
Adaptability and agility are key.
Plus, you get to be part of producing millions of Eggo waffles-how cool is that?A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Production Line Support- you'll be leading all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules.
Continuous Improvement -we couldn't do it without your owner's mindset, and all of the acronyms that come with continuous improvement, 5S, RCA, and LEAN.Direction and Servant Leadership -lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of operators.

We're Looking for Someone WithDemonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs & processesHigh School Diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing settingThe ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and executionAbility to work an off shiftCompensation Insights Salary Range:
