Livingston Post-Acute Care is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role as MDS Coordinator.
As an
MDS Coordinator (RN) you will conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment process in accordance with the requirements of the Federal and State regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements of MDS Coordinator (RN):
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum two (2) years of clinical experience in a health care setting; longterm care setting preferred
- MDS experience required
- Current/active CPR certification required
