Answer incoming calls with questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries.
Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications on multiple insurance carrier platforms.Assist agency producers with incoming requests for insurance quotes.
Import insureds information into the agency platform allowing producers to reach out for quotes or other service needs.
Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies.
Assist insureds with claims and follow up on all claim notifications we receive from the carrier.

Here is what we are looking for:
High School Degree, G.E.D. or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service is required. Knowledge of insurance products and policies is preferred. P&C License is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
E xcellent active listening, interpersonal and communication skills are required.

The hourly rate range that we expect to pay for this position is $ $24.00 per hour.
