Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with a passion for LED lighting.

As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to customers, generating new leads, and closing sales opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to identify potential customers interested in LED lighting solutions.
  • Understand customer needs, recommend suitable LED lighting products, and provide accurate and timely quotations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in LED lighting.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the LED lighting industry or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales.

Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track customer interactions and sales activities.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability concepts is a plus.
