Thalhammer GmbH is a renowned service company with many years of experience in all areas of the cleaning industry, particularly in the field of maintenance cleaning, glass cleaning, construction site cleaning, etc.

We serve a wide range of clients from both the private and public sectors.


We are currently seeking a
Coordinator/Career Changer in Outbound Goods (m/f/d) for our location in
Maisach to start as soon as possible.


What you bring:


  • You have completed a vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist, alternatively a commercial vocational training or equivalent work experience.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • You enjoy inspiring and developing a team.
  • You are proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel) and are able to work independently and conscientiously.
  • Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work shifts in the early/morning (04:00/06:00/08:00/09:30 am)

Your tasks:


  • You coordinate a successful team in the outbound goods department.
  • You act as the interface between the team and the supervisor.
  • You diligently monitor daily tasks and team performance.
  • You reliably check order requests and prepare goods for shipping.
  • Your daily tasks also include keeping statistics and preparing reports.
