An Assembler 1 has the ability to interpret assembly procedures, assembly drawings, mechanical drawings, and part lists to assemble products adhering to Best Manufacturing Practices.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Use basic electronic measurement devices, typical manufacturing tools, assembly fixtures, and hand tools.
  • Build and test basic products to specifications while meeting established quality guidelines.
  • Use tools and fixtures to prevent damage/scrap of parts and production downtime.
  • Complete assigned jobs per established budget.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions from documented specification drawings and established procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High School or Equivalent
Experience Years: 0 years

  • Experience Type: Basic electromechanical assembly
  • OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Manual dexterity

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Manufacturing Floor Based
