Our house is located on the North Sea island of Föhr and stands for innovative and interdisciplinary rehabilitation with high standards. The rehabilitation center has 190 beds for gynecological oncology and pneumology indications.

The island has a high recreational value and all secondary schools are available. Staff apartments and apartments with direct beach access are available.

Specialist in internal medicine and hemato-oncology.

  • You perform specialist activities.
  • Your responsibilities include managing a specialist department, including creating the department's concept and guiding the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, as well as designing therapies and training based on the latest scientific findings.
  • You take on the personnel and professional responsibility of a department and proactively shape the assigned tasks of the department.
  • You support the clinic management in implementing and sustaining change processes.
  • You are responsible for actively using leadership tools for personnel development and occupational health management.

This is a leadership position.

The job requires proficiency in using a PC (e.g. Word, Excel, Time Base).

The job involves varying working hours according to a schedule, including weekends and holidays, as well as on-call duty.
