Responsible for supporting core banking system implementation. Coordinates project implementations. Collects, prioritizes, and communicates requirements relative to the architectures, processes, business flows, and strategies while maintaining regulatory compliance. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


Responsibilities:

Drives process improvements in processes and procedures.
Partners with internal stakeholders, external partners, and other suppliers to deliver on project timelines and business requirements.
Reviews business and financial requirements against process design and system specifications.
Identifies trends in performance indicators and mitigates risk and issues that arise.
Reviews test strategies, plans, and cases related to business requirements.
Assists with tracking performance indicators throughout each project. Minimum Qualifications


At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or IT-related field, or other related field
4+ years of experience in project management, finance, operations, or related field
In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in project management, finance, operations, or related field Preferred Qualifications


If we had our say, we'd also look for:1+ years of people management, or related field
6+ years of experience in project management, finance, operations, or related field


Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127, Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.

Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
