    **Customer Service Specialist - Part Time**

    at Design Within Reach Remote Design Within Reach is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to join our Contact Center . As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll as sist our clients with pre and post order support using a variety of policies, procedures and technology. If you love helping customers and providing a great experience in a fast-paced en vironment, this role is for you. This role reports to the Customer Care Manager. Become an expert in product knowledge and DWR policies and procedures, ensuring the ability to react to and solve customer service requests as efficiently as possible. This might be you if you have the following skills and abilities years of experience in a customer service role , call center preferred. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to thoughtfully handle stressful and difficult situations. Solid problem-solving skills including follow-through and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
