Description
Duties'''- Oversee the daytoday operations of multiple housing properties
- Manage tenant relations and ensure high levels of customer service
- Coordinate and enforce lease agreements and property rules
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met
- Address tenant concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and vacancies
- Prepare monthly reports on property performance and occupancy rates
- Market available units, conduct property tours, and screen potential tenants
- Stay updated on local housing regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Experience with contract negotiation and lease administration
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficiency in property management software (Onesitei) for data entry and reporting
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program regulations is a plus
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective tenant interactions
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Pay:
$85, $100,000.00 per year

- Certified Occupancy Specialist (required)

- Washington, DC (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Washington, DC: Relocate before starting work (required)
