Duties'''

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of multiple housing properties
  • Manage tenant relations and ensure high levels of customer service
  • Coordinate and enforce lease agreements and property rules
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met
  • Address tenant concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and vacancies
  • Prepare monthly reports on property performance and occupancy rates
  • Market available units, conduct property tours, and screen potential tenants
  • Stay updated on local housing regulations and compliance requirements

  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
  • Experience with contract negotiation and lease administration
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Proficiency in property management software (Onesitei) for data entry and reporting
  • Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program regulations is a plus
  • Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective tenant interactions
  • Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment

$85, $100,000.00 per year
