Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide updates
- Upsell products or services to increase order value
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and order status
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on orders or promotions
- Expediting and managing deliveries
- Analyze order trends to identify opportunities for sales growth
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to interpret order data effectively
- Experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in order processing
- Knowledge of order management software is advantageous
Pay:
$ $23.71 per hour
