    Our client is one of the world's leading law firms. They have an amazing opportunity for an HR leader to join their firm as a Diversity Equity & Inclusion Manager, developing and shaping the firm's DEI policies, initiatives, and programs.

    Juris Doctor degree required

    Salary: 160k base salary + Bonus

    Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office)

    Reporting to: Director of Diversity Equity & Inclusion

    DEI team head count: 6 team members

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Lead firmwide DEI programs.
    • Collaborate with external and internal DEI correspondents plan, develop, and execute programs.
    • Work directly with clients to implement diversity-related programs and establish partnerships.
    • Foster relationships with diversity professionals at peer firms, diversity organizations, bar associations, and client representatives.
    • Collaborate with colleagues on planning the firm's overall DEI programs, and initiatives.
    • Represent the DEI Team in internal administrative projects and meetings.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • A minimum of 3 years of prior work experience.
    • Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web-based services and related applications.
    • Strong project management skills.
