    Description
    Are you passionate about animals and enjoy working in a welcoming, fast-paced setting? Betz Veterinary Services seeks a caring and organized Veterinary Receptionist to serve as a friendly presence at our clinic. Key Responsibilities include:
    • Communicate with pet parents to gather relevant information for scheduling appointments
    • Book appointments and maintain the clinic's schedule
    • Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
    • Manage phone inquiries and client interactions
    • Handle financial transactions and payments
    • Keep accurate records of clients and pets
    • Support veterinary staff with administrative tasks
    • Educate pet owners on proper care and health measures
    • Maintain clean workspaces and assist with hospital cleaning tasks
    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or similar environment is highly valued
    • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
    • Compassionate attitude towards animals
    • Ability to manage stress and multitask in a busy environment
    • Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with veterinary software (experience with Shepherd software is a bonus)
