- Support the Activities Director and Sr. DAHS Aide in organizing physical exercise and social/recreational activities for participants.
- Accompany participants to activities and community trips, serving meals and snacks as required.
- Assess each participant's background, interests, abilities, and limitations to ensure meaningful engagement.
- Offer personal care assistance based on individual needs and documented care plans.
- Attend training programs, staff meetings, and maintain safety standards.
- Contribute to the Quality Improvement Program and perform other job-related tasks as needed.
