The new Seminaris offers more than just creative meeting spaces Our guests have access to a network of "New Work" trainers, keynote speakers, moderators, and materials to help them solve challenges in innovation, change management, and transformation.

Seminaris Hotels & Meeting Resorts consists of eight unique hotels throughout Germany, each offering different development opportunities. We are currently looking for support for our front office team at Seminaris Hotel Bad Boll.

Responsibilities:

You are the face and first point of contact for all guests at Seminaris Hotel Bad Boll
Warm and professional care for our international guests
Smooth checkin/checkout process
Achieving department goals together
Keyword: upselling
Close collaboration with all hotel departments
Invoicing and checking invoices
Communicator within the hotel
Continuous quality assurance and improvement
