Are you ready to reach new heights? When it comes to buildings, you will become a true expert (m/f/d) who is knowledgeable about the production of concrete and reinforced concrete structures.

In your profession, you will be responsible for creating and assembling formwork and reinforcement to ensure proper curing of the concrete.

You will also have the skills to repair damp or damaged walls, ceilings, pillars, and beams, as well as operate various machines.

The best part? You will also become a skilled craftsman in your personal life, with technical understanding and spatial imagination - something everyone would like to claim.

Your tasks will be challenging and diverse, including creating concrete and reinforced concrete components, interpreting engineering and architectural drawings, operating different construction machinery and equipment, and testing building materials.

You will gain practical experience on our construction sites and in our training center, as well as theoretical knowledge at the vocational school in Schweinfurt.

Our ideal candidate has at least a good secondary school leaving certificate, enjoys working in a team, is physically fit, has no fear of heights, and possesses good manual skills and technical intuition.
