COMPANY PROFILE
Our client is a company in the real estate industry, specializing in residential construction and employing over 700 employees. The company's goal is to provide affordable housing for the population. We are currently seeking a Tax Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Tax Team as soon as possible.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Point of contact for issues related to sales tax and income tax
  • Preparation of analyses and evaluations related to tax topics
  • Assistance in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Preparation of sales tax returns and declarations
  • Support in the implementation of tax compliance management and tax risk management
  • Assistance in accompanying audits and tax audits

REQUIREMENTS

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on taxes or a similar qualification such as a training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) with further education as a tax specialist (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of taxes
  • Excellent knowledge of income tax and sales tax
  • Excellent Excel skills and ideally experience with SAP FI
  • Negotiation skills in German
