  • You will develop and support module extensions for the CRM system (billing, events, helpdesk, etc.)
  • You will analyze the system environment of our clients and install CRM components
  • You will specialize, advise, and implement customer-specific, cross-system processes (BPM)
  • You will customize our applications, including screen design, workflows/processes, and queries
  • You will develop customer-specific process and screen logic through (Java) scripting
