    Retail Sales Representative – Join Our Team

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Ideal experience: Customer Service and/or Retail Sales
    • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
    • Effective time management abilities
    • Familiarity with new technology products and services
    • Ability to multitask efficiently

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage new customer accounts
    • Conduct in-store sales presentations and product consultations
    • Maintain customer retention and service accounts
    • Enhance brand exposure and awareness
    • Assist patrons with acquisitions, upgrades, and services
    • Meet individual and team sales objectives
    • Develop leadership skills through sales training
    • Introduce high-quality products to the marketplace
    • Collaborate on pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
    • Address client inquiries regarding credit terms, products, prices, and availability
    • Assist in locating, selecting, and demonstrating merchandise
