YOUR TASKS

  • Responsibility for the development, implementation, and monitoring of occupational safety standards and procedures
  • Conducting risk assessments and safety audits to identify and evaluate potential hazards
  • Designing and implementing training programs to raise employee awareness of occupational safety and health protection
  • Collaborating with various internal stakeholders at all levels to support and ensure change and change management processes
  • Applying quality methods such as "5 Why" or PDCA for continuous improvement of occupational safety measures

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed degree in engineering or degree as a state-recognized technician
  • Ideally, experience with "Quentic" or comparable occupational safety management systems
  • First experience in change and change management is advantageous
  • Knowledge of quality methods such as "5 Why", PDCA, etc. is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
  • Structured and pragmatic approach with a strong focus on results
