YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility for the development, implementation, and monitoring of occupational safety standards and procedures
- Conducting risk assessments and safety audits to identify and evaluate potential hazards
- Designing and implementing training programs to raise employee awareness of occupational safety and health protection
- Collaborating with various internal stakeholders at all levels to support and ensure change and change management processes
- Applying quality methods such as "5 Why" or PDCA for continuous improvement of occupational safety measures
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed degree in engineering or degree as a state-recognized technician
- Ideally, experience with "Quentic" or comparable occupational safety management systems
- First experience in change and change management is advantageous
- Knowledge of quality methods such as "5 Why", PDCA, etc. is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
- Structured and pragmatic approach with a strong focus on results
