    Position Description:

    Improves and maintains brokerage trading experiences -- provides software applications, digital experiences (mobile, online, and Active Trader Pro), investment tool, and brokerage operational support. Manages the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) using Jira, Confluence, and Mural. Defines paid subscription capability strategies, implements new program features, and maintains the learning agenda and software product backlog. Draws on in-depth knowledge of the business or function to provide business unit-wide solutions.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Partners with multiple teams and across business units to define business and technical requirements for subscription-based products.
    • Researches, analyzes, and collaborates with partner teams to identify features and capabilities, and creates an overall paid subscription experience.
    • Analyzes user needs and defines software solutions, collaborating in technical architecture.
    • Improves the customer experience, using benchmarking, business rules analysis, user stories, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and software product documentation.
    • Partners closely with engineering team to develop, create, and modify computer application software.
    • Develops and directs software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
    • Provides on-going product support for customers and platforms by designing processes to assess and resolve issues with the aim of establishing operational efficiency for products and platforms.
    Education and Experience:

    Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and six (6) years of experience as a Director, Product Management (or a closely related occupation) designing or developing technology solutions to coordinate asset transfers between financial institutions.

    Or, alternatively, Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience as a Director, Product Management (or a closely related occupation) designing or developing technology solutions to coordinate asset transfers between financial institutions.

    Skills and Knowledge:

    Candidate must also possess:
    • Demonstrated Experience ("DE") performing product management and financial systems analysis for payment processing platforms to capture product documentation and alignment with organization goals and product roadmaps, using Confluence, Mural, JIRA, and JIRA Align tools.
    • DE performing full stack support of digital products to query Postgres databases, using REST based data providers and SQL via PG Admin; and measuring customer subscription activity, using Adobe site catalyst and clickstream.
    • DE querying mission critical system logs for incident analysis using Splunk; traffic reporting digital product support using Splunk; and performing real-time data visualization to surface system and product health and stability opportunities, using Tableau or Alteryx.
    • DE authoring, structuring, and maintaining digital content -- personal finance and financial products -- using content management platforms (Tridion).
