Job description:

• Dental management experience along with clinical knowledge
• Must have good attention to detail, great communication skills, and excellent customer service skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members and community
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients
• Insurance experience is a MUST
• Proficiency in insurance submission and followup
• Ability to present treatment plans to patients, discuss financial options with patients
• Eaglesoft knowledge is a MUST
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) will be helpful

Salary negotiable
