    Our client, a leading medical facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to our communities in Maryland, is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join their Treasury department This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work model. As a Treasury Senior Accountant, you will play a vital role in managing our treasury functions, ensuring financial stability and compliance within our organization. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing cash management, financial reporting, and analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making.

    Treasury Senior Accountant Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
    • 5+ years of experience in accounting or treasury roles, with at least 2 years in a senior-level position.
    • Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and financial reporting principles.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
    • Oracle/NetSuite experience = major plus.

    Treasury Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

    • Execute treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, and liquidity management.
    • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to optimize treasury operations.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
    • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the treasury function.

    COVID-19 & Flu Vaccinations are required for this position.
