We are a local garbage company seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our company's fleet operations.

As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our fleet of garbage trucks, ensuring their optimal performance, and implementing efficient fleet management strategies.

• Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles to ensure they are in safe and reliable condition
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance costs to optimize fleet efficiency
• Coordinate vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with drivers to address any issues or concerns related to vehicle performance or maintenance
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, maintenance history, and expenses
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in fleet management technology

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Proficient in using fleet management software and tools
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
