Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Filter and qualify leads, ensuring that potential clients are connected with the appropriate team members.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, coordinating with team members and clients to ensure efficient time management.
- Handle everyday administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Assist in promoting the company's services and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the home remodeling or construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Quickbooks experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
