Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Filter and qualify leads, ensuring that potential clients are connected with the appropriate team members.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, coordinating with team members and clients to ensure efficient time management.
  • Handle everyday administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in promoting the company's services and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the home remodeling or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Quickbooks experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay:
$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
