- Strategically identify & address OPSEC, data protection, cyber, and other security risks and challenges to Army Logistics operations as they arise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related activities by coordinating efforts across functional and technical teams.
- Offer insights into operational risks, issues, and data protection for SAP S4/HANA considerations to inform BPR and SDLC.
- Interpret, execute, and implement security classification guidance into BPR, SDLC and related activities.
- Engage with operational and national security stakeholders to gain insights into EBS-C requirements.
- Coordinate with operational and national security stakeholders to bring in the right SMEs for BPR and SDLC when needed.
- Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines to safeguard information being discussed, generated, and recorded in BPR and other related working sessions
- Engage with external stakeholder entities who have a stake in operational and national security interests, including the Enterprise Integration Working Group (EIWG) and Army Wide Capability Protection (AWCP) forum.
- Participate and contribute in pertinent WIPTs to inform the wider EBS-C and stakeholder group of challenges, risks, issues, and opportunities affecting EBS-C.
- Facilitate and coordinate activities concerning operational and national security within BPR, including integrated deep dive sessions on current and reengineered processes.
- Support governance items through EBS-C MFCT Advisory and Decision Forums by providing insights for these items to inform decision makers and advisors.
- Top Secret security clearance or higher
- Be able to have access to a secured facility to attend classified meetings, preference for Arlington, VA
- At least five (5) years of experience in operations analysis and/or strategic planning and a background in management consulting
- Experience working with classified system requirements and unclassified system integrators
- Experienced in Army Logistics and reporting business processes, especially within operational and national security contexts, and the various entities responsible for and performing those processes
- Experienced in data protection & data security issues and risks facing information technology applications performing or integrating with business processes
- Experienced in identifying and articulating holistic security risks and challenges facing Army operations
- Experienced in information flowing across different security boundaries and protecting the information as it flows from high security to lower, and vice versa
- Experienced in analyzing security impacts of information compilation or aggregation
- Awareness of the capabilities of SAP S4 HANA solutions
- Ability to organize and facilitate working group sessions and work products across multiple teams and organizations
- Top Secret security clearance or higher

Ensuring a security mindset and considerations are a part of every aspect of the EBS-C effort and will require a well-rounded, experienced, and integrated team of experts across functional and technical disciplines. As a member of the EBS-C Security Cross Value Chain Team, you will be an integral part of the fabric that binds many of the various efforts on the program together. This team organizes and coordinates activities meant to build OPSEC, analytic, and data protection considerations into EBS-C starting from the ground up. The Security Cross Value Chain Team will provide insights informing Business Process Reengineering (BPR) activities, functional and technical requirements, the various strategies and plans, and into the system design itself.
