- Support functional requirements gathering and provide input to design
- Participate in configuration workshops and provide input to existing configuration management process
- Complete and maintain configuration
- Develop test scripts
- Execute low side build and regression testing, high side internal testing, and user acceptance testing
- Conduct troubleshooting, issue identification, and resolution
- Support stand-up of Help Desk
- Provide functional support for deployment activities
- Experience in preparing for and conducting internal and stakeholder test events desired
- Experience in configuration management desired
- Experience with developing and/or reviewing functional system documentation, to include requirements, design, and training documents desired
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite desktop applications, specifically MS Word and MS PowerPoint
