What you will see with us:

  • Development and implementation of trade marketing activities within the framework of regional marketing plans and with the support of the global trade marketing toolkit
  • Strategic business partner for key account management on all trade marketing related topics
  • Conceptualization and creation of a comprehensive product launch plan for defined key accounts, including presentation of plans at various occasions such as sales meetings
  • Creation of promotion plans for our key account customers in coordination with our sales team, with the goal of developing tailored solutions for each customer
  • Support of key account managers during customer meetings and presentation of customer concepts
  • Responsibility for coordinating POS activities in close collaboration with our sales teams
  • Development and creation of argumentation strategies and communication and sales materials for different target groups (customers and channels)
  • Presentation of market launch plans and customer concepts to internal and external stakeholders, particularly sales, business units, and customers
  • Close coordination with internal stakeholders such as central marketing, product management, and sales
  • Regular participation and presentation of concepts at relevant coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders, especially sales teams
  • Creation of decision templates for regional sales management for product launches, such as assortment recommendations and determination of listing priorities, both overall and customerspecific
  • Support in deriving market, distribution, and communication strategies
  • Regular evaluation of defined metrics for future optimizations and corresponding reporting
  • Management of agencies
  • You will lead the team of trade marketing specialists (m/f/d)
