Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 11:00am - 1:30pm


JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Early Childhood Manager, you will focus on delivering Introductory Dual Language Polish-English lessons, creating engaging learning experiences for young children.

You will play a pivotal role in providing a conversational Polish-English environment for preschoolers, offering age-appropriate and interactive instruction.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deliver Dual Language Polish-English lessons.
  • Facilitate play-based learning activities and games, readalouds, and circle time.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure adherence to preschool procedures and policies.
  • Establish strong communication channels with families, coworkers, and supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate class records and documentation.
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and district protocols.
  • Promote children's social and cognitive development through interactive play.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children's growth.
  • Embrace diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of the role.

  • Cultivate a passion for learning in a safe and supportive preschool environment.
  • Enhance each child's self-esteem and sense of belonging within the group.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team dedicated to the well-being of young students.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of child development stages and exhibit flexibility and patience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Understanding of early learning best practices and child development principles.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 18 years old with a GED or High School Diploma.
  • Proven track record of working positively with children in a bilingual setting.
