As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions
• Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and promotions
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, comments, and complaints
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
