Your responsibilities:

  • Participation in the redesign and implementation of the offer and application processes for Debeka's field service
  • Collection, recording, analysis, and prioritization of technical requirements
  • Collaboration in departmental and crossdepartmental IT projects and initiatives
  • Modeling of business processes (e.g. BPMN) taking into account framework conditions and implementation possibilities
  • Creation of technical concepts in consultation with the department
  • Collaboration in the creation of technical concepts and prototypes based on technical requirements
  • Support of developers in programming
  • Conducting functional and integration tests

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies (business informatics, information management), training as an IT specialist, or equivalent qualification through several years of work in the IT field
  • Ideally, experience in IT business analysis
  • Analytical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work concept
